Yes — we can help with the basics as an optional add-on (onboarding admin, contract templates/updates, handbook basics and holiday setup/tracking aligned to payroll). We’ll also give you our practical thoughts based on what we see day-to-day, but if it’s complex or higher risk (disciplinary, grievances, tribunals) we’d point you to a specialist.
