Harbour Business Support is led by Dale Simkiss, whose career spans leadership, operations, and compliance — built on the discipline and principles shaped during his military service.
Dale founded Harbour with a clear mission: to give businesses a dependable base — a place where payroll, back office and compliance are handled with the same integrity, precision, and accountability that defined his time in the forces.
Our core value of integrity is woven into the fabric of Harbour. It guides how the company operates and how clients are supported every day.
Beyond business, Dale is deeply involved in his local community. He leads grassroots football initiatives, mentors young people, and supports several charity projects — reflecting his belief that leadership means giving back and lifting others.
